Our entire production chain - from the environment in which we raise the fish to the care we take in getting them to market at their freshest, and in optimum condition - is governed by a set of ethics of which we feel we can be proud.

We are absolutely dedicated to providing the best possible care for our fish – because we know that a healthy fish, reared in optimum conditions and harvested in the most humane and stress-free circumstances, produces the very best in terms of a quality food product.

The Scottish Salmon Company is committed to a standard of fish-farming which never impacts on the environment in any way that can’t be reversed. We believe that we should leave a fish farm site in at least as good a status as it was and we often do much to rejuvenate sites, and leave them better than we found them.
