Robert M Brown III, Chairman
Robert M Brown III has over 35 years experience in corporate business and finance. He is currently Chairman and CEO of B-III Capital LLC, a merchant banking firm engaged in private equity fundraising, corporate finance advisory and merger and acquisition transactions. He is also Director of Tau Capital PLC, an AIM-listed general partner of the Kazakhstan Investment Fund and Chairman of Quorum Fund, a private fund investing in listed Russian shares. Mr Brown has held previous positions as Managing Director of Creditanstalt International Advisors, a New York-based subsidiary of Creditanstalt Investment Bank (CAIB) and as a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers in New York.

Viacheslav Lavrentyev, Board Member
Viacheslav Lavrentyev has more than 15 years of experience in finance and investment banking. He is currently Head of Corporate Finance Advisory with FMC Advisors Ltd, Russia and played an integral role in the successful placement of Rambler Media on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. He has significant experience in the salmon farming industry and played a key role in establishing Russia's largest salmon aquaculture company, Russian Salmon, sitting on the Board from 2007 to 2009.


Merete Myhrstad, Non-Executive Board Member
Merete Myhrstad has extensive experience from the Norwegian stock market and financial reporting, from previous positions as Head of Section of the Financial Reporting Supervision of the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway and various positions within Oslo Stock Exchange, including Head of Listings and Corporate Transactions. She is currently a partner of UNIConsult AS. Myhrstad holds a MSc degree in Business Administration and is a State Authorised Public Accountant (MBA) Myhrstad is since 2006 a member of the board of Northern Logistic Property ASA (listed on Oslo Stock Exchange), and previously a board member of i.a. Wavefield Inseis ASA and Vertical Group ASA.


Campbell Shirlaw, Non-Executive Board Member
Campbell Shirlaw has extensive experience providing advice to the food and drink sectors in the UK and internationally, advising on financial controls and business development, restructuring and marketing.

He has worked as a consultant for the past 12 years and was previously Group Financial Director of Leith Advertising Agency, developing the Company from a small operation into Scotland's largest advertising and marketing business Mr Shirlaw is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.


Dr Philip Smith, Non-Executive Director

Philip Smith has held Chief Executive and Managing Director roles in blue chip aquaculture companies for 27 years, having had responsibility for businesses operating in the UK, Europe, the Americas, Japan, Australia and S.E. Asia.  From 1997 to 2001, Philip was CEO of EWOS, during which time the company became the global leader in the salmon feed market. Thereafter, Philip was Managing Director of Nutreco Aquaculture's Business Group Feed, with global responsibility for feed and the farming of non salmonid species, and was later appointed Managing Director of Marine Harvest Europe. During his tenure at Marine Harvest, Philip was responsible for a business producing 140,000 tonnes of salmon per annum, employing 1,400 people in Norway, Scotland and Ireland and in the European further processing and sales operations.  For the last eighteen months, Philip has been CEO of the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC), co-founded by WWF and IDH to manage and implement the international standards for environmentally and socially responsible aquaculture.
