Members of the Sales and Marketing team represented The Scottish Salmon Company at the European Seafood Exhibition in Brussels from 3 to 5 May alongside Scottish Development International. Also joining us was the head chef from Ginger Snap, Tania Dixon, who prepared a vast range of salmon dishes of which several were inspired by recipes created by The Scottish Salmon Company staff last year. The European Seafood Exhibition (ESE) is a key date in the seafood industry calendar. It attracts thousands of influential delegates and it is vitally important to have a presence at this show. We used the event as an opportunity to meet with current customers as well as making some useful contacts for the future.
