As a fully-integrated seafood business, we are engaged in all stages of the salmon farming process, from smolt production with fresh and marine farming through to harvesting, processing and sales.

Our hatcheries, farms and processing facilities are ideally placed to ensure that year round demand is met, with sites chosen in order to optimise the quality and growth of salmon. Concentrating on smolt quality and good husbandry practices throughout the growing cycle is a fundamental aim of The Scottish Salmon Company.

We recognise that to deliver the very best quality salmon, we must continue to follow careful husbandry that respects the natural development of the salmon and the surrounding environment. To that end, we have introduced high quality feed and bio-security standards and have successfully pioneered the award winning 'Single Generation, Single Loch, Synchronised Fallow' system.
