Introducing unique super-fresh, skinless, boneless Scottish salmon fillets

Our pre-rigor, pin-bone-out fillets are cut within hours of harvest, to the latest stringent industry standards for temperature and hygiene control. We ensure minimum time from sea to customer and, as a result, maximum shelf life.

These fillets are trimmed to customer specification. From C to E deep skinned, we have the flexibility to produce bespoke fillet sizing and packaging.

Our fillets are easy to handle through the value chain, with firmer flesh, reduced gaping and a uniform rosy-pink colour.

Pin bone removal is an added benefit over conventional post-rigor fillets.
