Every day, a team of trained staff tastes our salmon to ensure that it meets the rigorous standards that we set ourselves. We measure these tastings against clear quality criteria. This care and attention to our quality is recognised by our customers around the world. We have achieved an ISO 14001 international certification standard for our environmental management system. This underpins our continual drive for environmental improvements and best practice across the whole business.

- Code of Good Practice for Scottish Finfish Aquaculture
- Friends of the Sea
- Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) status by the European Commission (setting Scottish salmon alongside Champagne, Stornoway Black Pudding and Parma Ham as a distinct food product)
