A large part of Scotland is made up of rural communities in remote areas
We operate in many of these remote areas, where employees and their families both live and work.
We aim to remain at the heart of community life by supporting activities and education, by promoting health and wellbeing, as well as supporting the use of the Gaelic language, which plays a very important part in much of rural Scotland. We rely on our people – and we want to ensure our people can always rely on us.
Giving something back to the local communities in which we live and work is extremely important to us.
