Salmon is only farmed in Scotland, exclusively by The Scottish Salmon Company.
Our ‘Tartan Salmon’ brand brings an iconic Scottish look, fit for our premium
salmon. Tartan Salmon are naturally high in Omega-3 as our feed contains a
minimum of 51% Marine Content diet, rich in EPA/DHA and always responsibly
sourced.
Our Tartan Salmon is also available in Label Rouge. The Label Rouge accreditation is awarded by the French Government exclusively to produce outstanding quality and taste. Since 2014 The Scottish Salmon Company has been producing salmon which wear the Label Rouge gill tag with pride and honour. Only Scottish Salmon raised to the strictest Label Rouge standards for quality and freshness are accepted as Tartan Salmon Label Rouge.
