Label Rouge Salmon

Since 2014 The Scottish Salmon Company has been producing Scotland’s finest Label Rouge Scottish salmon.  Label Rouge is the quality mark used by the French Government to recognise superior food quality particularly with regard to taste.  With a higher than average marine feed content (51%) and a particularly low stocking density, we process Label Rouge in under ten hours.  Our Label Rouge is available as Head on Gutted (HOG), fillets and vacuum packed fillets.
