On Saturday 5 September our ambassador and Scotland’s national chef Gary Maclean took part in a digital cook school with Texas based retailer, Central Market.
During the event Gary hosted a 90-minute live demonstration and cook-a-long, using our finest Native Hebridean
Salmon. The event featured a number of Scottish producers and over 2000 participants registered to attend.
