We believe nature can't be rushed.  The key ingredients in raising healthy, robust and ultimately nutritious and great tasting seafood are environment, care and time.  Our salmon are hatched in fresh Highland waters directly flowing from the mountains.  After about a year they are transferred to remote West coast sea lochs where they thrive in the swirling nutrient rich salt waters.  This three year process requires skill and patience but the results are consistently outstanding salmon of superior quality and taste.
