Harvest Operatives (Nightshift)
Location: Arnish, Stornoway (what3words Location Code: ///zinc.exonerate.zipped*)
Salary: Up to £24,324.27 per annum (including unsociable hours premiums)
Entitled to overtime for hours worked over 40 hours (paid at x1.5 Monday to Saturday and x2 Sunday)
Hours: Mon-Fri, guaranteed 35 core hours per week exclusive of unpaid breaks
May be required to work up to 40 hours per week depending on the needs of the business
The Opportunities:
We are looking to recruit Harvest Operatives to work as directed by the Harvest
Manager or their deputy to harvest fish in a consistent manner and to the
required standards in accordance with all Food Hygiene, Company Health &
Safety and Environmental legislation and all animal welfare recommendations.
