Due to significant investment in the company, we are now looking to recruit a Marine Engineering technician. Reporting to the Engineering Manager North, you will provide a high standard of multi-skilled engineering service to the North Region sites including maintenance of plant, machinery and services to a safe and reliable standard. This will include but not limited to, Generators, Compressors, Blowers, Fish feed systems, Boat engines and general maintenance of sites and shore bases.
You will support the marine sites goals and objectives by working closely with the site managers under the coordination of the Marine Engineering Coordinator. You will help to develop Risk assessments and safe systems of work for the marine sites. The job role requires the creation of a Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule and use of our Pirana CMMS system. This position would possibly suit someone who is currently in a workshop environment and is looking for a field service role.
