The Marine Site Manager will manage the full operation of our two Marine Sites in Portree on the Isle of Skye. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, this role is challenging and rewarding in equal measure. Utilising the latest aquaculture technology, including a centralised feed control room at the shore base, you will be supported in every aspect of the role to deliver industry leading results.

What we’re looking for from you:

  • Sound leadership and management experience on an aquaculture side, ideally with salmon
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate small teams
  • Target driven, proactive and results oriented
  • Experience of working and achieving budgets
  • A 'hands-on' management style
  • First-hand experience of liaising with statutory authorities such as Marine Scotland / SEPA
  • Full driver's licence
